The absentee precinct at McCormick County Administration Center, 610 South Mine Street, for the June 9 Primary, will open on Friday, May 1 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) along with Carolina Health Centers will host a free COVID-19 testing clinic on Wednesday, May 27 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Mims Recreation Center, 516 Mims Drive, McCormick. This clinic is open to all citizens in McCormick County.
