Join Thurmond Lake Sail and Power Squadron and Lutheran Church By The Lake at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 26 for the “Blessing of the Boats” at Elijah Clark State Park, Shelter #3 (next to the boat ramp at Elijah Clark). Come by boat or bring a lawn chair and drive in. Parking passes will be provided for the first 30 cars that do not have them. Breakfast pastries, coffee, and juice will be provided by the Power Squadron.
    This will be the first worship service in the Cathedral of Creation for the summer of 2019 at Elijah Clark. Each Sunday at 9:15 a.m. from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, lakeside services will be held at Shelter #3. Plan to enjoy the beauty of Thurmond Lake /Clark Hill and the powerful love of God each Sunday during the summer of 2019!
